These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of browser extensions and related services provided by ExtenzyHQ ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using any of our extensions, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use.
2. Description of Services
ExtenzyHQ provides browser extensions that enhance your browsing experience with productivity, utility, and AI-powered features. Some features are available for free, while others require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
3. Accounts
When you install an extension, an account is automatically created using a unique device identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your account credentials to others.
4. Paid Plans & Billing
Pricing. Paid plans are displayed within the extension and on our website. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
Payment. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
Subscriptions. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime Plans. Lifetime plans grant access for the lifetime of the product. If a product is discontinued, we will provide at least 12 months notice.
Refunds. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us at support@extenzyhq.com within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our extensions
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools to abuse, scrape, or overload our services
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our extensions or any part thereof
6. AI-Powered Features
Some extensions include AI-powered features provided through third-party services. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with our extensions and services are owned by ExtenzyHQ or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding or intellectual property beyond normal use of the extensions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our extensions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems or browsers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExtenzyHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or our business. You may stop using our services at any time by uninstalling the extension.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
